SLHA initial insert

SLHA reader/writer written in Julia

SLHA.jl reads and writes SUSY Les Houches Accord (SLHA) files. Documentation is still missing. SLHA.jl has been used and tested when doing the research for arXiv:1706.04994.

readSLHA() reads in an SLHA file and stores it in a Julia data structure.
writeSLHA() writes a Julia representation of the SLHA data structure to a file.
