AI for playing ultimate tic tac toe (9x9). Inputs args are: alloted run time (deprecated), and an array of chars representing the board state. Won 2nd place in the Daisy Intelligence AI Hackathon at UofT 2017. Created and tested by Michael Vu, Jackson Rigby, Meghan Muldoon.
