Previous Behavior
There were some remaining components (badge, counter-badge, label, message-bar, slider and text) that had presentational attributes and no base class. We want base classes to be abstracted from presentational type attributes (appearance, size, shape, etc) so those consuming and extending fluent web-components aren't tied to visual language.
