This PR contains all the code necessary to run the AML pipelines using the model factory template in GitLab.
The pipeline is defined in the .gitlab-ci.yml file located at the root level and all the templates and scripts are placed in the gitlab folder.
The pipelines cover both use-cases, London and NYC taxi, but they don't support the CI/PR trigger rules, but are triggered manually.
