Language Packs Publish Schedule

Visual Studio Code UI Language Packs are released in Visual Studio Code Marketplace as extensions.
Release of language packs follows Visual Studio Code release cadence. See Visual Studio Code Iteration Plans for latest info.
We plan to publish new version 3 or 4 times in each release cycle for languages in scope.
