Landing page template and notation section

Two new features have been deployed.

• A new landing page template that pulls in the most recent selected categories.
• A note section in the backend, allowing editors to write private notes not displayed on the frontend of the site.

Wordpress core, plugin upgrade and document filter upgrade

Release notes:

• Wordpress core upgraded to the latest version
• Plugins upgraded to their latest versions
