At a glance
AppEnd implemented as a web application framework so we can make make any web based sites with any content. We can make back office, front office and/or CMSs separately or together in multiple languages :)
In fact it is an environment to implement other applications.
The main question is:
Why we must use a web application with some limitations when we can use Visual Studio(and so on) to start projects from scratch?
1- Using the AppEnd framework you can use Visual Studio too so AppEnd is not a limitation
2- AppEnd can handle some base functionality that we need in any web applications

Users & Roles management Access level system (to trimming client interfaces and permissions for server side APIs)
Event Log system
Unified development & modularity system is server & client objects
Unified Database IO mechanism
Easy to use Test & Deployment new developed parts

3- It is based on very easy to learn client & server development
4- Development can be on the fly(Web based environment) or by Visual Studio
