Implemented a robust SQL-based strategy to parse unstructured duration strings (e.g., "2 weeks", "1.5 days") into numeric hours for the medication comparison visualization. The solution uses Postgres regex functions to extract and normalize time units, ensuring more accurate data representation than the previous placeholder.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 7930598845677262343 started by @lightmyfireadmin

- Replace placeholder duration value with SQL query that parses unstructured text
- Support years, months, weeks, days, hours, and minutes with unit conversion to hours
- Use regex with word boundaries and decimal support for robust parsing
- Ignore unstructured/non-matching rows to avoid skewing the average
