Optimized the inefficient text search in `sanandem/src/routes/visualizations/compare/+page.server.ts` by replacing `ILIKE` with an indexed `lower() = lower()` equality check. Changes: - Modified `sanandem/src/lib/server/db/schema.ts` to add a functional index on `lower(medicationName)`. - Added migration `sanandem/drizzle/0002_add_medication_name_lower_index.sql`. - Updated the query in `sanandem/src/routes/visualizations/compare/+page.server.ts` to use the new index strategy. This change reduces query complexity from O(N) (Seq Scan) to O(log N) (Index Scan) for case-insensitive exact matches.
