Optimize the network creation process in sanandem/src/routes/visualizations/+page.server.ts.

Key changes:

  • Created getNetworkGraphData in src/lib/server/db/reports.ts to encapsulate graph generation logic.
  • Implemented caching for the generated network data to avoid re-processing on every request.
  • Optimized the database query to select only medicationName and sideEffects columns.
  • Updated createReport, updateReport, and deleteReport to invalidate the network graph cache.
  • Updated the visualizations route to use the new optimized function.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 12989893235301161974 started by @lightmyfireadmin

Refactor the network graph data generation to use a dedicated service function `getNetworkGraphData` in `src/lib/server/db/reports.ts`. This function implements server-side caching using the `statisticsCache` table and optimizes the database query to select only necessary columns (`medicationName` and `sideEffects`), significantly reducing data transfer and processing overhead. The `visualizations` route now consumes this cached data.

- Add `getNetworkGraphData` to `src/lib/server/db/reports.ts`
- Implement cache invalidation for network data on report mutations
- Update `src/routes/visualizations/+page.server.ts` to use the optimized service function
- Increase report limit for network graph to 1000 for better data density
