Removed hardcoded Supabase credentials from src/shared/constants/defaults.ts to improve security. The application now correctly relies on environment variables (VITE_SUPABASE_URL, VITE_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY) or defaults to empty strings, triggering a graceful offline mode in TriggerDatabaseService. Verified that the build process succeeds and that the application fails securely when keys are missing.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 4971971200278987659 started by @lightmyfireadmin

Removes hardcoded Supabase URL and Anon Key from `src/shared/constants/defaults.ts`.
This ensures that the application relies on environment variables for configuration,
preventing potential exposure of credentials.

The `TriggerDatabaseService` has been verified to handle missing keys gracefully by
falling back to offline mode, ensuring the extension remains functional even if
configuration is missing.

Security: CRITICAL
