This commit refactors the category validation configuration in ConditionalValidator.ts to remove a duplicate and confusingly named object. It renames the cleaned object to CATEGORY_VALIDATION_LEVEL and updates all references, simplifying the code and preventing potential build errors.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16879100593596847062 started by @lightmyfireadmin

Removes a duplicate and confusingly named `CLEAN_CATEGORY_VALIDATION_LEVEL` object in `ConditionalValidator.ts`.

The original `CATEGORY_VALIDATION_LEVEL` object contained keys that were not present in the `TriggerCategory` type, which would cause build errors. A second, cleaned object was created, but the original was left in the code, causing confusion.

This change:
- Removes the incorrect, original `CATEGORY_VALIDATION_LEVEL` object.
- Renames `CLEAN_CATEGORY_VALIDATION_LEVEL` to `CATEGORY_VALIDATION_LEVEL` to establish it as the single source of truth.
- Updates the reference to the object within the `validate` method.
- Removes a confusing comment block that was left over from a previous agent run.

This refactoring simplifies the code, improves maintainability, and resolves the potential for build errors by ensuring all category keys are valid.
