This PR addresses accessibility gaps in the SubmitWarning component by adding missing ARIA labels to icon-only buttons (Close, Refresh) and improving the semantics of the wizard progress stepper.

Changes:

  • Added aria-label="Close submit warning form" to the close button.
  • Added aria-label="Refresh video timestamp" to the refresh button.
  • Added aria-current="step" to the active wizard step button.
  • Added descriptive aria-labels to wizard step buttons (e.g., "Step 1: Category") to provide context beyond the visual label.

These changes ensure that screen reader users can navigate the form and understand the purpose of interactive elements.
