v1.4 Automatic processing pipeline

Automates the processing pipeline by tracking analysis objects in a series of mongodb collections. Brought an experiment directory template directly into the fold with a command to create a full experiment directory and a script to run the entire batch. Each configuration of network model type with a set of simulation priors and a set of post-processing levels/samplers constitutes an experiment. Next release will include exporting data to a Pandas data frame.

This version was used for randomized network models in my June 2016 HBES paper.
