This directory stores scripts that prepare 1000 Genomes genotype array data by ancestry groups, which then can be used to visualize linkage disequilibrium (LD) in GeneticsMakie.jl. To get started, run scripts in src in order. The output will consist of genotype data for EUR, EAS, AMR, SAS, and AFR groups.
