Changes

• Updated the underlying ipmi-server to match @ateodorescu's 1.2.7
• Introduced longer timeouts for the fastcgi and the Command Timeout compared to base (not defined, 50s) to compensate for slower IPMI clients and changes in the new HA component registration process
