feat(skills): show confirmation hint after skill creation/update#50

When a skill is created or updated via the agent tool, the exec card now shows a grayed hint: "Skill created — available in your personal skills" with a clickable link to the /skills page. https://claude.ai/code/session_014pCC5HhSwnnKJr84JL2FKZ
Personal/project skills get an "Edit" button that opens an inline editor for name, description, allowed tools, and body markdown. Repo skills get a "Fork & Edit" button that copies the skill into ~/.moltis/skills/ for customization. Backend: add `skills.skill.save` RPC method that writes SKILL.md to the personal skills directory, validating the name with the existing `validate_name` check. Frontend: new `SkillEditor` Preact component with form fields, wired into `SkillDetail` via editing/forking signal toggles. https://claude.ai/code/session_014pCC5HhSwnnKJr84JL2FKZ
