This might be a good idea, but the git hsitory is a bit unclear. Also, I have spent today reviewing othe contributions, and I am afraid that this branch no loger applies cleanly to the latest master. Please could you rebase. |

Adds two options that send a message with a csv attachment. Issue #55
If either of the emailwhat options that include a csv attachment are specified, will send an email directly to the user, instead of using the Message API. The only reason for doing it this way is that the file we want to send is not a regular stored_file, which the Message API requires.
