feat: reworked error handling

- Reworked error handling to work on global bot's scope, rather than
per command try/except cycles
- Fixed message about using non-existing command from appearing in log
- Reworked !leaderboard command to work as group
- Renamed !leaderboard kills -> !leaderboard global kills and
!leaderboard kdr -> !leaderboard global kdr. Plus renamed headers of
their embeds - Total KDR/Kills -> All Time KDR/Kills
