Use Power Query to integrate OpenAI (ChatGPT) into Excel or Power BI (M-code)

This is a simple example of how to use the OpenAI (ChatGPT) API from Microsoft Excel without any macros, but by using Power Query. The M-code script can also be used in Microsoft Power BI.
