Change prog variable in GOMC workflows #29

Originally addressed in #11, the prog should be changed so that a user can run the simulations directly from the repository without having to edit the scripts.

Minus GOMC (#29), all projects should not be able to be run by a user on their local machine.  Going to do some testing now.

Could we also move some of the directories to maintain consistency? I think the directories in simulations/NVT can be moved to nvt-pore. Also the Plot_ads_des can probably get moved into the main plotting directory in the home directory.
