Add Laravel admin panel with OpenAI integration for FusionPBX

[Copilot]

Implements a Laravel 12-based admin interface that integrates with the existing FusionPBX PostgreSQL database, adding AI-powered call analysis and routing via OpenAI GPT-4.

Architecture

/var/www/fusionpbx         → Existing FusionPBX (untouched)
/var/www/admin/user-panel  → New Laravel panel
Database: Shared PostgreSQL, read-only access to v_xml_cdr, v_extensions

Deployment

• install.sh - Automated installer for Debian 11/12 with PHP 8.2
• Auto-detects Nginx/Apache and configures accordingly
• Reads FusionPBX config from /etc/fusionpbx/config.conf
• Sets permissions and installs dependencies
