Install Chrome extension DEVELOPMENT MODE

Follow these steps:

1. Download the development version from the link in the application. The link should point to a limited access version on the Chrome Store - if you can't access it request access from a M37 admin.
2. On the Chrome Store page for the ScreenomeX development version, click install.
3. 🎉 That's it. The top right corner of your browser should now show the ScreenomeX Debug Extension.

Hints: this Extension auto-updates, the update cycle for Chrome Plugins is 5 hours (it is 24 hours for Firefox). If there is a delay in the publication of a development plugin version that you just built, it might still be in review (you can find the latest published version in your development menu bar). If you need to test your version faster than it is available via the auto-update mechanism, download it from the CI artifacts.
