Write script that run both statistical and annotation pipeline

The current version of the instructions is inconvenient and needs to be refactored. Instead of copying and pasting each command from the README.md file to the bash terminal, we need to do the following:

• Create a bash script that will execute both the statistical and annotation pipelines with "one click".
• Update README.md with the new running instructions.
