mragsac/README.md

Hello, world!

My name is Michelle Franc Ragsac, and I'm a Filipino-American bioinformatics scientist based in sunny San Diego, California. I'm passionate about teaching bioinformatics and learning about the mechanisms that lead to disease. I spent my Ph.D. learning about notochord development in Emma Farley's lab at the University of California, San Diego. I'm now working with Tiffany Amariuta as a Postdoctoral Scholar studying childhood asthma.

You can find my ramblings on BlueSky and other places to stay connected on my Personal Website!

I'm also on Mastodon through the @genomic.social server despite the fact I don't post there. I just claimed my handle in case people wanted to steal it.

Icon made with the old Square Face Icon Generator from 2013, but you can find it preserved in the Flash Museum.
