Corruption fixes

While fixing the db corruption I went thru a full migrate and fixed all issues with building the project from a fresh state. The only part of the migration that will fail is assigning roles to users. Either delete the role assignment OR add users to match.

Moving to Laravel 8 and leveraging it's new features.

Breaking changes because we are moving to Jetstream, Fortify and Sanctum.
