Adds two random dice to the page if
asciihero-dice-footerattribute is enabled.It does so by inserting a hidden element to each segment with a pair of random dice icons. Then CSS
running(footer-die)is used to capture those elements to display usingcontent: element(footer-die).Fixes #57.
