The kill switch update

Added a kill switch. Robot might have feelings now (not really sure about it), but doesn't mind being murdered.

Updated banlist and readme

Due to request, updated the banlist and readme to include the following:

• extra step in readme to check banlist
• removed some common bots in banlist to avoid issues like moobot
