Adjusted the login and signup pages to fit smaller screens, additionally changed a line in main.ts so that I can bypass the administrator privileges issue. It is important that this line be changed back when the final version of this branch is being merged.

Fixed the chatra button window resizing so that it can open on different screen sizes relative to the sizes of the screen's height and prevents overflow
