FFmpeg Utilizer 0.0.3 Alpha

I had apparently used a 3rd party font and that is not acceptable.
This font should be a windows 10 standard font. (Bahnschrift)

Modifications:
New UI font.
UI has been adapted to new font.

Removed download for now. Found issues with FFmpeg installer on released version. Investigating...

Crash fix for download/update feature when stopping/canceling.
Also added a welcome message presenting best library for A/V.
