v0.4.7: support for numpy 2

Numpy 2 broke a couple of things in the package. This updated version is compatible with numpy 1 and numpy 2

Release v0.4.3, including PyPI and Conda

Releases can now be made from any branch, so that we can make pre-releases from a dev branch. This build contains a Conda pacakge, as well as the regular PyPI package.

Release 0.4.1 as part of nanograv

Release new version now that this project falls under nanograv

Integrated tests including PyPI releases

This version marks the proper setup of integration tests and automated PyPI releases. Not yet on conda, but everything else is fully automated. Unit tests cover the entire API, and full Enterprise compatibility.
