Add VueCompareImage to Nuxt module

Description

• Adds a VueCompareImage plugin to the nuxt module
• Updates Storybook to 8.1.6
• Fixes an issue with sass dependency

Instructions to test

1. pull this branch
2. run the frontend in www
3. add an image comparison block to a content page
4. view the page in the frontend
