• Updates several search-related components for Vue 3 methods of v-binding and v-model.
• Replaces usage of text-theme-red with an appropriate color (text-theme-red was removed in a previous PR)
• Renames PageListingIndex to HeroListingIndex, as it's less of a page template, and can now be used as a hero component with Vue 3

Instructions to test

1. make vue-storybook
2. View the following stories and try changing the theme (some have no changes between themes)
