Get machine ip address
We now need box to get machine
move commands to seperate directory
You cannot boot a fresh VM in disposable, cus vagrant up needs to add necessary id for machine
When we bring up a new machine we set the mac address to given one or random one This ensures no two machine from same base box will have same IPs
Plugin 0.1.0+ will use vagrant box, and corresponding import support is only present from UTM version 4.6.1+ Fixes #8
