Pre quiz form

Changes:-
1.) Added border into google login button.
2.) Changed text in teacher detail form from "submit details" to "share details".
3.) Changed text in teacher detail form to "Please take out few minutes and fill your details".
4.) Updated shadow in teacher detail form.
5.) Added fuctionalities in MC-digital course:-

When user will not fill the form, they will not be able to see the courses.
After submitting the form, according to their "EMPLOYEE TYPE" they will be able to see "MANDATORY COURSES" and "OPTIONAL COURSES".
According to the condition in API if "isformsubmitted" is false then for those courses pre quiz form will open else the user will go direct to course content after clicking the course card.
After submitting the form is user have not selected the the all question then one alert message will come for selecting the all question and then after submitting the form they will go to course content.
When the user have already submitted the form and then click on course card then they will directly go to course content.
