wallet and daemon for linux and windows standalone

-Linux | Ubuntu 16, 18 daemon and wallet
-windows 32-bit build but also support 64-bit [ windows 10 ] standalone release

For windows user please unzip, run ndc.bat & then start with ndc.exe . Wait for wallet fully synced.

For linux user please run
