Currently, transforming a number of different files in the same way with JST requires forking the JVM for each invocation, as well as re-setting-up the processor classpath and whatnot. This is not optimal if you're transforming more than a couple files -- in fact, I only noticed this because it has become a substantial bottleneck. This PR allows you to specify more than one input/output pair for JST.
