Pull request instructions

Before submitting a pull request, the following tasks should be completed:

• Ensure all Ember warnings thrown during build are resolved
• Commit all changes in conformance with How to Write a Git Commit Message.
• Name your branch (both locally and remotely) in conformance with the organization's branch name guidance
• Run npm run test locally and resolve any errors
