This release requires the use of New Relic Java Agent 6.4.0 or later.

To install:

Download the release jar archive
In the New Relic Java Agent directory (the one with newrelic.jar), create a directory named extensions if it does not already exist.
Extract the extension jars into the extensions directory.
Restart the application.
