U2F was deprecated awhile ago (nextcloud/twofactor_u2f#1013) and supported dropped beyond Server v23. Migration path is https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/twofactor_webauthn Signed-off-by: Josh <josh.t.richards@gmail.com>
