Currently, tdb/upload filters all measurements that are not appropriate 2-fold dilutions from uploads. This should be changed to be responsive to assay_type field.

Actually. This should probably just stop being so restrictive. We want measurements like <40 that are currently being left out. A threshold value that contains a number is fine (like <40), while just < is not okay.

Hi @trvrb and @barneypotter24 ! This issue is very old and had no interactions. Is it still relevant ? Should we label it as "help wanted" ?
