Updated the common folder for both communications and daq folder by moving files under pcbatt_library/common folder to communications and daq folders, updated the import statement for both daq and communication common files removed it from nipcbatt init file.
Updated the dmm Voltage, Current, and Resistance measurement code, and validation examples.
