Bisync GUI 2023-11-30

Please note: this is NOT an official rclone release! This is an early build of a bisync feature branch for testing. The code has not yet been reviewed, and there may still be bugs. You've been warned! (If you are looking for official rclone releases, look here instead.)

That said, feel free to try it out -- feedback is welcome 😃
