Hi there.
this pull request indicating i completed the task.

Notes:

1. First of all, please install requirements.txt
2. For first run: after creating SuperUser, create 2 groups (admin:with all permissions), (normal with permissions:(can view task, can add task, can change task)) to make application work properly,
3. I used RabbitMQ for celery as message broker, please install RabbitMQ and start it's service to make scheduler working
4. For smtp mailing i used "fastmail.com" and credentials are removed from settings.py(still available in git history), so i changed my password, to be able to send email from my app register to "fastmail.com" and fill credentials in settings.
