First release

This is the absolute earliest version I felt comfortable releasing, as I've been tweaking and chasing bugs up until now. Not to say there aren't any here that I already don't know about, but this version of the code is very usable 99% of the time and has been tested quite a bit.

Known issues

• Output duty cycle jumps around when transitioning between the edges of a curve
• Losing the input signal doesn't trigger a failsafe
