This requires numpy and opencv libraries

Step 1: Install opencv If you are using pip, install it using

    pip install opencv

Step 2: Install numpy If you are using pip, install it using

    pip install numpy

This has been tested on win-7 64 bit with python-3.6.4 installed.

Note: This requires a webcam in your pc/laptop
