v1.1.1 - Fixed some minor graphical glitches

Fixed some graphics glitches and bugs introduced in v1.1, nothing too wild.

v1.1 - minor changes for convenience

• implemented better coin display (now includes bonus)
• pressing 0/V/1/2/3 in FLIP mode now not only changes to memo mode, but also sets the memo on the current card
• updated the 1COIN design so that it reflects its difference to the 2COIN and 3COIN by the rules
• updated the 2COIN and 3COIN design slightly to better match new 1COIN design
