Reasons to split

Different dependencies, splitting means that each project will have fewer dependencies. (Don't need i.e. Seurat for bulk analysis)
Seems to be little overlap in the different functions

Reasons not to split

Some data, i.e. annotations are shared
Projects that use bulk and SC
