This commit adds the ability to force power off a VM. Either through the normal state switch button or through a new button specifically made for this purpose. This commit adds the ability to force power off a VM which is not possible in the current release of the client.
The changes include:
Allowing the user to force off a vm either through the normal state switch button (Up => Power Down => Force Off) or through a new button specifically made for this purpose.
Asking the user to confirm their intent prior to execution in both cases.
Adds a new (placeholder?) icon for the force off button.
Adds a machine (Google) translation for the new force off tooltips.
