This version mainly adds support for the IPv6 network protocol to the asrserver.py HTTP-based speech recognition API service, and fixes the small bugs left by the previous version.

这个版本主要是增加了asrserver.py这个基于HTTP协议的语音识别API服务对IPv6网络协议的支持，并修复了前一个版本遗留的小bug。

This release still uses the SpeechModel 251, and contains the trained model files.

本次发布仍然使用的是SpeechModel251，内含训练好的模型文件。
